Holidays

Completed my evaluation on my final design. Then listed my bibliography, having all sites listed and interviews I had with clients and stakeholders. I then added final touches to my porfolio and now am finally finished.

Week Nine Review

This week we have been told that we could carry on our assessment throughout the holidays, so therefore am not doing my evaluation this week. Will complete my evaluation in the holidays.

Week Eight Review

Finished my modelling of my concept design and got feedback from my client and stakeholders. Next Week I am going to evaluate my concept design.

Week Seven Review

I have begun to do my modelling of my concepts for the website and will be continuing doing this until next week. Also continuing on-going feedback.

Week Six Review

I have finished some basic sketches of patterns, logos etc, which I have gotten my client to choose which she thinks would be appropriate for the website. I finished my final brief and have listed my sources.

Next week I am going to begin modelling my concepts. Also carrying on-going feedback from my client.

Week Five Review

This week I have begun to revise my brief and developing my concept designs. I am still carrying on doing both these tasks next week as it is still not finished. I have also shown my client some of my research and begu to get feedback from her to start developing my ideas further.

Week Four Review

This week I have done initial consultations with my client and stakeholders. Compared their similarities in their needs with eachother.

We brainstormed our key factors on bubbl.us. We discussed issue, resources and client related key factors as a class. We then began to explain the interactions and implications of the key factors. Also prioritised our key factors in order of importance.

Next week I am going to revise my brief and begin my development concepts.

Week Three Review

This week I have done some exploration on the client's issue. I have asked her exactly what she'd prefer on the website e.g. her beliefs. Also completed my initial brief.

I learnt how to create and do Gannt Charts. Mr Douglas had come into our class and taught us some important information about websites which was very useful and helped me to understand further.

Next week I am going to begin ongoing consultations with my client and stakeholders. Also brainstorming my key factors, implications and interactions and prioritise my key factors.

Week Two Review

This week I interviewed my client and asked her my questions relating to the Kapa Haka group and about the website. I did a brainstorm on what I did know and didn't know for the website. I also made a list of my stakeholders. I then rote out my client issue. I have also begun researching other competitors websites.

We are still practising making websites in class, we now have a Auckland Zoo website and a Healthy Eating website. This is helping me to learn more skills which are needed.

Next i am going to start my initial brief and look in to my client issue and explore more about it.

Week One Review

This week we have learnt how to use front page, what pixels are, size of tables and about pictures. Resources used is Ms Hatley, internet and front page. It was abit confusing at first but now I understand how to do it. Next week I need to talk to my client and ask my questions, more research and more work on front page.
